What data we process and why
We process the data you voluntarily provide through the form on this website —name, email address and phone number— for the sole purpose of answering your request for information or a quotation and getting in touch with you.
No automated decisions are made and no profiling is carried out with that data.
We also keep a record that you ticked the box accepting this policy, with its date and time, as evidence of consent.
Legal basis
The lawful basis is the consent you give when submitting the form (article 6.1.a of the General Data Protection Regulation) and, where your request aims at contracting an installation or service, the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (article 6.1.b). Retention period

- Web analytics (Google Analytics): Google Ireland Limited (Ireland). Only activated if you accept the corresponding cookies.
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, as well as withdraw the consent given, by writing to enaltersp@gmail.com or by post to our address, stating the right you wish to exercise and enclosing a copy of a document proving your identity.
If you believe the processing does not comply with the rules, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es), C/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 Madrid.
